Delete your account
How to delete your LươngMình account and the data that goes with it. This can’t be undone.

This page describes how the service works today, but details of the operator are still missing (marked “Not published yet”). Don’t treat it as the official policy yet.
How to delete
- In the app: Account → Delete my account, then confirm.
- On the website: sign in, then use “Delete my account” on the Account page or on this page, then confirm.
- You don’t need the app to delete: use this website.
- If you can’t sign in, email us from the email address of the account and say “delete my account”.

Before you delete
- If a verification upload or cancellation hasn’t finished, finish or cancel it under My contributions first. Deletion is enabled after that.
- Deletion takes effect as soon as you confirm and can’t be undone.
What is deleted
- Your account and email, every web and app sign-in session, and any sign-in links still waiting.
- Every salary you shared, with its verification documents and the share cards made from it. Document files are deleted right away; if one can’t be removed at once, the system retries every minute.
- All of your check history.
- Alerts: the groups you follow, notifications and weekly digests.
- The phones you turned notifications on for, and their notification delivery records.
- The level suggestions and company benefits you sent.
- The link to your Apple account, and Apple’s refresh token if we stored one. We try to revoke your Apple sign-in; if that doesn’t succeed, your account is still deleted.
- Group figures are recalculated without your entry.
What remains
- A log of document views and review decisions: only the document ID, who viewed or decided, and when. A verifier’s identity is removed when their account is deleted. It has no email of yours and no document content.
- Page feedback you sent: it is anonymous, so it isn’t tied to your account.
- Group figures of many people, which no longer include your entry.
- Backups and server logs, for the periods below.
- The email delivery provider may still hold emails sent to you, under its own policy.

Only want to delete part of it
- Delete one salary: in Account, under My contributions. This doesn’t delete your account or check history.
- Delete one check or all check history: in Check history. This doesn’t delete a salary you shared.
